Dr. Nancy Millian - Psychologist & Counselor

I am a licensed, clinical psychologist specializing in individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults, and I maintain a private practice in Mt. Kisco, NY, Danbury, CT and Southbury, CT.

With over 30 years experience as a psychologist and as a graduate of Wright State University's School of Professional Psychology, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my  areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, panic attacks, intimacy issues, stress management, grief/loss, codependency, self-esteem and life transitions, (for example: high school to college, marriage, divorce, retirement, etc.).

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. I provide support and positive, practical feedback to help clients effectively address their life challenges. My approach is eclectic with techniques tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
